I have had the opportunity to work closely with many new farmers in the Rutland Region through our “New Farmer Initiative.” Over the past year, RAFFL chose to target some programming to beginning farmers, because we recognized the growing number of you in the area. Over the course of the past year, we’ve tested out a variety of programs and services to help you, as beginning farmers, succeed in establishing your farm businesses. Please let us know how we did. Your feedback is essential as we expand, and evolve, our programming for next year.
