262-Acre Conserved Farm for Sale in Shaftsbury

The owners of a 262 acre conserved farm in Shaftsbury are looking for buyers.  The farm was recently appraised for $420,000, it includes two houses, barns, outbuildings and a licensed dairy plant for value added dairy processing.  There are 202 acres of prime soils that slope gently to the south. 167 acres are tillable and 25 acres are pasture. The land has been treated naturally for the last 5 years with hay being the crop harvested.
