Livestock Fencing Workshop is tomorrow – June 29

Tomorrow is RAFFL’s first summer workshop of the season! Colin Stabile from Maple Tree Farm and NOFA-VT livestock advisor Willie Gibson will co-lead the Livestock Fencing Workshop while giving a pasture walk to illustrate example fencing techniques. In the context of what the Stabiles have learned over six years of set-stock rotational grazing, we will discuss everything form stocking densities to grazing periods, soil building and fertility, and planning the best grazing system for your operation.

With the weather report calling for sunny skies and 72 degree weather, tomorrow is shaping up to be the perfect day to visit Maple Tree Farm. Hope you can join us!
